Chinese businessman Tony Yang, the brother of former presidential adviser Michael Yang, was taken to the hospital for a medical check-up, according to his lawyer.
“May iniinda siya, may nararamdaman po sa baga. Even before po siya inaresto, nagpa-check-up siya sa Singapore at ayun po ang findings sa kanya ng mga doctor,” Atty. Raymond Fortun, legal counsel for Yang, said.
Tony Yang is allegedly involved in illegal POGOs. In his appearance at a Senate hearing, he admitted to having a fake Philippine birthday certificate.
