MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will continue to bring rain all over the country before New Year’s Eve, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Weather specialist Ana Clauren-Jorda said on Sunday that the shear line, or the area where cold and hot air meet, will continue to affect the eastern portion of central and southern Luzon.
