LOOK: A third impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte is set to be filed before the House of Representatives.
Atty. Amando Ligutan said Rep. Gabriel Bordado Jr. and Rep. Lex Anthony Cris Colada endorsed the complaint, which cited betrayal of public trust as one of the grounds for impeachment.
